High Integrity Pressure Protection System

HIPPS is an independent and reliable Safety Instrumented System that is designed with high integrity as per established ANSI/ISA and IEC standards. We provide one –stop integrated solution for both mechanical and smart HIPPS encompasses designing, building, installing and operating. Our HIPPS typically use one set of initiators (e.g. voting 2oo3 or 1oo2), a logic solver (controller), and a set of final elements (e.g. valves) to provide the safeguarding action. Our flexible HIPPS solutions can use axial, ball or butterfly valve as final elements and can be configured as skid-mounted units, including integration of hydraulic power units, cabinet-mounted logic solvers, built-in initiators, intermediate piping.

Our team is certified Functional Safety Engineers and offers an extensive experience and expertise in applying IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards in designing & engineering the HIPPS system to ensure requirements set by the end user are met, avoid any conflicts during validation. We also conduct HAZOP studies , fault tree analysis and Third Party Certification of our HIPPS systems.
